Day Ninety

by on Jan.14, 2010, under project 365

Foood! Yes, I was hungry tonight when I got home and these Turkish “delights” were waiting to be photographed. Our neighbour is publishing a food column/recipe in a local Turkish magazine. Until now she used to take the photos herself with a small point and shoot camera. I offered to shoot a couple of recipes for her and today was the day. From what I remember from my days in Germany, I believe I must have eaten some while I was a student there, and I can tell you they are yummy. They’re called “pide”. By the time you read this, they’re probably all gone. Check below for strobist info and setup shot.

Strobist info: “pide” flanked by 2×580 EX (II) via Pocket Wizard CL into white umbrella and CR bare, close zoomed at 70mm. I shot these in less than 5 frames. Long time no see setup shot here.
