Day Forty Three

At one point my daughter and I found ourselves alone at home. I had to arrange her hair after her nap and she said I should take a picture of her. She would say cheese and all. Great! I don’t even have to schedule a session with her. I told her we’ll do it but first she’ll put a little dress on. She was wearing that red shirt from the other day and was playing with the same glasses. We dropped the glasses and after I did her hair I told her she could go play until I setup my stuff. She was very excited. I’m sure it was the dress. She is great. She looks so much older than she actually is. 2.5 Shh! Don’t tell.

Strobist info: 580 EX into 28″ softbox at 1/64 or so, Camera Left. 580 EX II as hair light, above on the same stand where the black background hangs (see setup shot) at 1/128. I shot at f4 1/200. I don’t remember exactly the powers on the flash (there could be +/- here or there, but that’s not important). You get the main idea No post production.
