Pixel Darkroom Photography

I read somewhere that one of the interesting things about creating a photograph every day for a whole year is that it will help you remember what you did that particular day. I look back and I sometimes remember what I did and how I felt but sometimes I don’t. If I look through the other images of that particular day I may remember what I was trying to photograph, what other things happened or how many different ideas I tried until I liked the one I ended up posting. This is one of the days where I didn’t feel like shooting anything. I’m already tired and I sort of look forward to finishing so I could concentrate on other things as well. Today I shot an empty chair with a zoom lens, available light at highest (and worst) ISO setting on my worst sensor while sitting on the couch. Here it is. I hope you had a better day. It has been one of my goals for this project to photograph an East Indian with turban. This isn’t exactly the way I imagined it but I had the chance to do it today, so I did it. I like this image a lot.
